Trial Date Set in Jodi Arias!



Following the sealed hearing this morning, news came that the re-trial of the penalty phase has been set for March 17th.

Nearly one year after a jury was unable to decided on life vs. death.

Jury selection will begin on the 17th and will not be televised per Judge Stephens.

      If she was smart, and we ALL know THAT is NOT the case...
      she would ASK for the DP...and QUICKLY! ;)

    2. Angela Simpson pleaded Guilty. Jodi pleaded not guilty. Angela got life which is because she entered a guilty plea.

  7. The trial will not be televised but the Judge declared in the motion that once the verdict is handed down, she will be releasing all videos to the media and public. I will be watching every second of them when that happens no matter if it's a 6 month trial or longer. I want to see how Juan brings her to the justice that she deserves...Death!
